- Undertaking annual health and safety inspections of all properties, including communal areas
- Installing all properties with fire alarm systems which comply with BS5839 quality standards
- Carrying out annual checks on our electric boilers (in addition to the annual gas boiler check required by law)
- Conducting property inspections on a quarterly basis
And once you've chosen your accommodation through us, you can rest assured that any problems which occur will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. We only manage our own properties and employ a dedicated property officer to deal with any maintenance issues or repairs which may arise. We offer an out of hours emergency number to arrange for a contractor to come to the property and deal with your emergency.
